When it comes to performance gels, SiS Beta Fuel sits at the top of the food chain. 40g of carbohydrates in a single gel – that's 30-50% more than the competition without the gut-wrenching consequences.
The breakthrough 1:0.8 maltodextrin-to-fructose ratio isn’t just marketing speak – it’s engineered to maximize absorption while minimizing the stomach revolt that ruins races.
Most gels dump sugar into your system and hope for the best. Beta Fuel feeds your muscles through dual pathways without overwhelming your digestive system.
Science in Sport cracked the code with their neutral pH solution. Your intestines can process this gel at the correct rate instead of fighting an acidic sugar bomb. No more choosing between fuel and comfort – you get both.
Orange and Strawberry & Lime deliver serious taste without artificial nonsense. Need something completely neutral? They’ve got that too. Because sometimes you just want fuel without the flavor circus.
One gel every 30 minutes during efforts over 90 minutes. Start early, stay consistent, and let the science handle the rest. Easy to carry, easier to consume, impossible to mess up.
This isn't just another gel – it's the new standard for high-carb fueling.
Energy gel optimized with a new carbohydrate ratio.
The new 1:0.8 ratio replaces 2:1. A 1:0.8 ratio between maltodextrin and fructose increases the percentage of ingested carbohydrate that is oxidized (known as efficiency) from 62% to 74% compared to a 2:1 ratio. A 1:0.8 ratio between maltodextrin and fructose also reduces symptoms of stomach fullness compared to a 2:1 ratio.
Depending on your sport or activity, aim to consume 1-3 gels every hour during exertion to reach a target intake of 80g-120g. In some cases, such as cold weather, it may be necessary to consume more.

SIS GO Energy + Caffeine - Berry
Regular price Rs.1,650.00
The original GO Energy Gels by Science in Sport – but with a kick.
In case you don’t know, the GO was key in changing the game. They effectively deliver an easily digestible and quick supply of carbohydrate.
The SiS Caffeine Gel is based on the same formula as the innovative SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel BUT with the addition of 75mg of caffeine. Fast energy with a mental and physical boost.
Unlike the lingering caffeine taste from most products, the GO Energy + Caffeine is clean in the mouth and easy to digest.
What does isotonic mean? They are essentially equal in osmotic pressure and less likely to lead to stomach distress.
We know taking in carbohydrates with diligence can prevent bonking and improve endurance...but sometimes the high sugar content of gels can cause stomach issues. That's where the isotonic formula comes into play.
These gels don’t require you to drink water with them, making them a great option if you tend to experience that full, sloshy feeling from drinking too much water with your gels OR struggle with thick, syrupy gels. They also contain three different electrolytes to aid in proper fuel + fluid absorption.
Caffeine acts centrally on the brain to lower the perception of effort, which is particularly noticeable in longer events. In hard training and events over 90 minutes, mental fatigue plays a big role as things progress, in addition to physical.
These energy gels are portable and easy to take with you on long training rides, interval days, and races – especially since they don’t require tons of water to be taken with them. We recommend having one gel every 20-30 minutes during rides, runs, or events that are over 90 minutes – but space them out with other gels/fuel to spread the caffeine out.

Berry flavoured carbohydrate gel with caffeine and added sweetener. Our award winning gel technology delivers fast energy with a caffeine boost that’s easy to take. SiS GO + Caffeine is clean in the mouth and easy to digest. Each drink is 60ml.
